Dr Yousef Ghasemi (Youssef Ghassemi) is a former litigation manager at several state organisations, and an adjunct professor at Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran. He is highly experienced in contentious matters between state-owned entities and private companies, and has been advising foreign and domestic public and private entities and globally ranked international law firms on a variety of matters including dispute management, tenders, energy, foreign investment, corporate, contract and local content for more than fifteen years. Dr Ghasemi has demonstrable knowledge and expertise in the field of innovation and IP law, and is the Founding Partner of Dadflamingo Legal & Financial, LawMingo (Smart Contract Platform), Emzano (an e-signature & CLM service) and Flamingo College. Dr Yousef Ghasemi has a PhD in Law (with high distinction) from Cerdi Paris (Sorbonne & Paris-Saclay Universities), and an LLM in the Law of Innovation and Communication from Paris-Saclay University, and an LLM in Private Law from Shahid Beheshti University of Iran. He is fluent in Farsi, French, English, and Turkish.
