Acting as litigator and legal advisor, she has worked at several reputable local companies, and internationally ranked local law firms including the International Law Office for some eight years before joining Dadflamingo. She has been practicing as the managing partner of the firm since 2019. Dr Kourosh Majdzadehis a seasoned attorney-at-law, and advises domestic and foreign clients on disputes, corporate, contract and commercial matters, with a specialty in maritime and transport law. He has previously practiced at a number of local law firms for some eight years including a tier-1 law firm ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners in Tehran. Dr Majdzadeh completed an internship at UNCITRAL in Vienna, where he worked on development of a legal toolkit facilitating accession by member states to the Rotterdam Rules. He has also worked with the Judiciary Institute’s Office of Technical Relations and Cooperation as a research associate. He received his bachelor of laws from University of Tehran, and later received an LLM in International Business and Commercial law and a PhD in Maritime law from the University of Manchester, UK.
